We greatly appreciate you as a client and value your business. Due to an increasing demand and our full schedule we are enforcing our cancellation/no-show policy. Adults and color clients, if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please give at least 24 hours notice. Call 425-678-0266 or email. We will gladly reschedule.
Kids cuts please give a 12- hour notice or at least call first thing in the morning when we open if a child is ill or you can't keep the appointment.
Clients that do not give notice will be required to 50% or the service booked the first time and 100% the second time. If the service is unpaid no future appointment will be scheduled until the invoice is paid. Please understand when you forget or miss an appointment without giving notice ahead of time, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment. We also understand that some circumstances are out of your control: accidents, trips to the hospital, etc. If it is a true emergency we will assess this individually.
